This Privacy Policy explains how ZOEAST PV CO., LTD. ("ZOEAST PV", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores and shares personal data when you visit zoeastpv.com, request a quotation, download a datasheet or contact our sales engineers. It applies to visitors, prospective customers and business contacts worldwide.
1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What we collect
- Information you give us: name, company, country, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, product interests, target quantities and any message you send through a quote or contact form.
- Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed and approximate location derived from IP, stored in server logs and analytics tools.
- Communications: emails, chat transcripts and meeting notes exchanged with our sales and engineering team.
3. Why we use it
- To answer inquiries and prepare quotations, datasheets and technical proposals (legitimate interest and steps taken at your request before entering a contract).
- To process and deliver orders, arrange shipping and provide after-sales support (performance of a contract).
- To improve the website, measure which pages are useful and detect abuse (legitimate interest).
- To send product updates or commercial information where you have opted in, or where business-to-business rules allow it (consent or legitimate interest).
- To meet legal, tax and export-control obligations (legal obligation).
4. Cookies and similar technologies

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to withdraw consent at any time. California residents may request disclosure or deletion under the CCPA/CPRA and may not be discriminated against for doing so. To exercise a right, email sales@zoeastpv.com with enough detail for us to identify you. We answer within 30 days.
8. Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS, access to the sales inbox is limited to staff who need it, and the website is kept patched with a managed WordPress stack. No system is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive personal data through the quote form.
9. Children
The website is intended for business users and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on the site.
